About the Position:
​​
Our clinicians work with a diverse variety of clients impacted by traumatic events and have received continuing education in this field. All of our clinicians are trained in EMDR.
​
Our clinicians also work with individuals, couples and/or families experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
​
Clinicians are not responsible for business management tasks such as answering intake calls, insurance verification, insurance billing and tracking reimbursements.
​​​
We are looking for clinicians who are independent, driven, collaborative, professional, detail-oriented, and enhance our friendly, connected, and positive-minded group. It is important when working with trauma that we maintain an atmosphere of healing and open communication. Preventing secondary trauma and burnout are top priorities!​

How to Apply
Candidates must have:

Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in psychology, counseling or social work
-
Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania
-
OR pre-licensed counselors hoping to work toward licensure​
-
-
Available to hold at least 15 client sessions per week, including at least 1 evening or weekend per week (or two early mornings)
-
Clean background check
-
Compassion, with the ability to collaborate
-
Ability to build rapport with clients
-
Willingness to pursue at least one interest or service that furthers the center’s mission.
​​
Additional qualifications that are preferred:

Has at least one other area of specialty to bring to the practice
-
Understanding of trauma
-
Training or certification in a specific treatment modality (CBT, DBT, EMDR, TBRI)
